My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, while somewhat small, were equipped with all the standard Sheraton amenities, and the service from the reception staff was excellent. However, the initial cleanliness was a bit disappointing.

The hotel rooms are nice, spacious, and well-appointed, though needing a revamp in terms of decor. The pricing is a bit high for Buenos Aires, but the comfort level is satisfactory. However, the concept of charging for lobby Wi-Fi is perplexing.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with an excellent comfortable bed, but the lighting, especially in the bathrooms, could have been better. The reception staff was very helpful. The location, right on Avenida Cordoba downtown, near tourist-centric Calle Florida, and close to various subway stations, was excellent. However, some areas of the hotel could have used more attention.
